M.C. Elvis Oxley, President and Founder

Since founding Oxley Consulting in 2006, Mr. Oxley has helped clients achieve success with his consistently innovative, results-driven approach, efficient operations strategy, and strong relationship management.

In 2009, Mr. Oxley and three partners co-founded Quad Xenos Partners, LLC, a Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Business that partnered subject matter experts in federal government sales with qualified manufacturers and service providers that wished to enter federal government sales. QX Partners was acquired by Strategic Collaborative Solutions in 2010.

Prior to establishing his own businesses, Mr. Oxley led an influential political think tank and directed marketing communications strategies for a variety of large multi-national firms, enterprise businesses, and non-governmental organizations.

He is an active member of the US Chamber of Commerce Small Business Council, National Association of Government Contractors, Washington Intergovernmental Group, Afghan American Chamber of Commerce, National Italian American Foundation, GWU Executive MBA Alumni Board, and the Downtown International Club DC (co-founder). Previously he has been party to the International Stability Operations Association, Public Relations Society of America, American Society for Association Executives, and the American Marketing Association (DC chapter; Raleigh past-president).
